Announcement of CLASSICS the Small Luxury Design Award 2026

 〇About the award

*Depending on the award, there may be cases in which there are no eligible works.

*Prize money will be paid after deduction of taxes such as withholding tax and special income tax for reconstruction.

*Amounts shown in dollars are calculated at the time of publication.

Prizes will be calculated from the amount stated in Japanese Yen based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.(For applications from outside Japan)

〇Notes on application participation

*The purpose of using applicant's personal information is as follows.

*Applicants' personal information will be handled in compliance with Japanese laws and regulations and the organizer's privacy policy at the time of application.

*The applicant does not belong to any anti-social forces, and the application does not violate public order and morals.

*Application for this award is an application for an honor prize advertising contract as stipulated by Article 532 of the Japanese Civil Law, and acceptance of the application is considered acceptance. Applicants must accept the following conditions and apply for this contract, and may not raise any objections.

*Submitted works must, of course, not infringe on the rights of third parties, and must be original and unpublished domestically or internationally.

*Duplicate applications to other competitions, etc. are not permitted. In addition, submitted works will not be made public to others without the prior consent of the organizer.

*After receiving the submitted work, the organizer will take all possible care in managing and transporting the submitted work, but will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen accidents.

*Entries (including presentation sheets and models) become the property of the organizer and will not be returned. In addition, the organizer can display and present the submitted works.

*During the judging process, or during the process of commercializing the winning work or applying for various rights, we may make inquiries about the submitted work.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
Applicants agree that any dispute regarding this Award shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the Sponsor's headquarters.

 〇About rights etc.

*Entrants of award-winning works must inform the organizer that, at the time of award-winning work, the award-winning work is protected by patents, utility models, designs, trademarks, and copyrights (under the Copyright Act) of Japan and all countries around the world.27 Article and Article28 (including the rights stipulated in this article) shall be transferred free of charge, and no rights will be reserved.

*In the case of an application that violates the application conditions, if the information submitted by the applicant is contrary to the facts, if the winning work violates the application conditions, especially if the winning work is the same as or very similar to a previously announced design, or if it infringes on a third party's intellectual property rights (including cases where the infringement occurs after the application), the applicant's name and the outline of the case may be made public even after the award results have been announced, and the award may be cancelled. The applicant must compensate the organizer for any damage caused by this.

*In response to the award notification from the organizer, 3If you do not provide the information necessary to receive the prize within a month, you will be deemed to have waived your right to receive the prize.
