as a payment method, the delivery address and billing address will be the same.
When sending to the recipient, please include the name of the person who placed the order in the inquiry section of the cart.

We will deliver by Yamato Transport's Takkyubin.
If you wish to have your order shipped overseas, please use our international website.

For example, if your order is placed between 10:00am on Monday and 10:00am on Tuesday, it will be shipped on Tuesday.

[How to order]
1. Proceed to the purchase procedure.

(3) Select the delivery method.
You will see the option of shipping or in-shop pickup.
If you would like to pick up your order at our shop, please select shop pickup. (Shipping is free.)
After that, proceed to payment.
There are four payment methods: Credit Card, Convenience Store Payment, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (pay at the shop when you pick up your order).
Express Checkout, PayPal and AmazonPay are not available.
After selecting your payment method, click "Confirm Order" to complete your order.
If you have chosen to pay at a convenience store or by bank transfer, you will be redirected to a screen about payment procedures from our partner company KOMOJU.
Please be sure to save a screenshot of the payment information that appears on the screen.
An email with the same information will be sent to the email address you entered. Please be sure to save the screenshot of the payment information displayed on the screen.
If you do not complete the payment procedure, the order will be automatically cancelled 5 days after the order is placed for convenience store payment and 15 days after the order is placed for bank transfer.
For convenience store payment and bank transfer, we will start to prepare for delivery after confirming the completion of payment.

About returned goods
