We do not ask the credit card number by phone from our shop.

If you use Amazon Pay for the payment method, the address of the invoice will be the same.
When you send it to the earlier, please enter the name of the orderer in the inquiry in the cart.

[About delivery of products at stores]
In the case of an initial stake, hand over 2 to 4 days after ordering. Motif embroidery (bridal embroidery or bodyguard plus) will be handed over 7 to 10 days later. When the product you ordered at the store arrives, we will contact you by email.
Receive your order number and the full name of the orderer to the staff of the store. We will prepare your order.
If you have passed one month after notification that you can receive the product, please contact the receiving store. We may contact you from the receiving store.

About returned goods

If you have any dirt, damage, different products, etc., please send it by cash on delivery. In the unlikely event of a defective product, we will always accept returns, regardless of the return period or before or after use.
Please note that you cannot accept the customer's convenience, or once used or canceled, returned or exchanged for cleaning products.
