A collaborative handkerchief featuring “Chiyo Uno,” who was active as a writer and kimono designer, and Classics: The Small Luxury, a specialty handkerchief store.

We have created a special handkerchief featuring designs carefully selected from those supervised by Chiyo Uno.

The elegant and graceful image of cherry blossoms in full bloom amidst the spring haze is luxuriously rendered, stitch by stitch, using hand embroidery. We used 10 shades of pink embroidery thread just for the cherry blossoms, and a total of 21 colors of thread when including gold thread.

Scattered throughout are cherry blossoms crafted from organza, creating a three-dimensional effect and depth unique to handcrafted work that is truly a feast for the eyes.
Pure gold embroidery thread is used for the gold in the flower centers.

The fabric features a printed gradient of gray and pink, faithfully reproducing the original design.
The edges are trimmed with a pattern of delicate, interconnected scallops, and gold thread adds a subtle, elegant shimmer.

The hand-embroidery covers the entire handkerchief, striking a perfect balance between a sense of richness and the softness unique to hand embroidery—making it a work of art you’ll want to admire forever.
