We accept returns if the product sent to you is dirty, damaged, or the wrong product.
Please follow the return procedure below.

Notes on Returns

  • We do not accept returns of products purchased in our online store at our stores. Please contact the online store.
  • Please note that refunds may be made across the month due to the credit card debit date.

■When we are unable to accept returns

  • If you contact us more than 8 days after receiving the product.
    Please check for any defective items when you receive the product. If you find any defects or imperfections, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.
  • SALE items and special items
  • Items that have been altered, washed, or cleaned.
    Many of our brand's handkerchiefs have hand-rolled edges for texture. We recommend hand-washing or putting the handkerchiefs in a net and running water on low heat to prevent the edges from fraying during washing.
  • If the product has been damaged or stained or smells have adhered to it by the customer.
  • When there are no accessories.
  • Products purchased outside of our online store.
