A special collaboration project commemorating the 35th anniversary of Puyo Puyo
Using the “Ojama Puyo” from the game, we’ve designed this as part of the Komon series—a staple at Classics The Small Luxury.
Just as their in-game name suggests, “Ojama Puyos” get in the way of clearing Puyos.
It’s that moment in the game when you’re on the verge of game over. On top of
that, there’s an icon in the upper right corner warning that more are on their way…
We’ve added a border design inspired by the five colors of “Puyos” to capture the world of Puyo Puyo.
The pixel art will bring back nostalgic memories for those who played the game back then—it’s a piece that makes you want to talk about it with someone.
