The design theme for the third annual CLASSICS the Small Luxury Design Award 2023 is "A world with many tears」。One Grand Prix and two Runner-up Prizes were selected from among 247 entries from 20 countries.

「When I was trying to respond to the theme of "tears," I thought it was nice how the artist cut out the tears not in the form of drops, but in the form of drops that trickle down the cheeks. I thought the way the artist's hand drew it and the color, which is simple but contains a lot of work, rather than using straight lines, was appealing. The color pink is the color of the cheeks, and I thought it was a beautiful color and I would like to have it.

The reason I entered this contest was to design my own handkerchief, which I often use in my daily life.I thought it would be interesting to design my own handkerchiefs, which are often used in daily life.I never thought that my work would be selected for the Grand Prix.I never thought my work would be selected for the Grand Prix.
