Information on embroidery orders
1. Please choose a handkerchief first.
2. Those who have decided on the product will be directed to the order seat in order. When busy, we will contact you via your mobile phone as soon as order seats are available.
-Time until product delivery-
1-2 tickets: 1 hour to 1.5 hours
3-5 tickets: 2-2-5 hours
6 or more: 3 hours or more
10 or more: Later
*During busy periods in March, there is an additional hour at the above times.
Depending on the busy situation, delivery may be made at a later date.
*The final acceptance of embroidery orders will be at 5:30pm.
*Delivery on the day is limited to customers who choose the product by 4:30pm. If you order more than four tickets after 4:00pm, they will be delivered at a later date.
*Please note that depending on the number of orders, the contents, and the congestion situation, the time may vary or delivery may be made at a later date.
