About Orders
How to order
Orders are basically taken online. Please note that we do not accept orders by phone.
We do not accept multiple delivery addresses for one order.
If you wish to have your order delivered to multiple destinations, please place your order for each destination.
We will not ask you for your credit card number over the phone. Please be careful.

When using Amazon Pay
If you use Amazon Pay as your payment method, the delivery address and billing address will be the same.
If you wish to have your order shipped directly to the recipient, please select a payment method other than Amazon Pay.

For customers ordering from a smartphone
We have a system that allows you to select options for each product.
(Embroidery, gift box selection, etc.)
If you are using a mobile phone or an old smart phone, the options may not be displayed correctly.
