 About the 0 Prize

*Some prizes may not be applicable to all entries.

*Prize money will be paid after deducting withholding tax, special income tax for recovery, and other taxes.

*Amounts shown in U.S. dollars are calculated at the time of publication.

Prizes will be calculated from the amount shown in Japanese yen based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.(For applications submitted from outside Japan)

0Caution for Application Participation

*Personal information of applicants will be used for the following purposes

*Applicants' personal information will be handled in compliance with the laws of Japan and the privacy policy of the organizer at the time of application.

*Applicants must not fall under the category of antisocial forces and their applications must not offend public order and morals.

*Application for the Award constitutes an application for a preferential prize advertising contract as defined in Article 532 of the Japanese National Law, and acceptance of the application constitutes acceptance. Applicants agree to the following terms and conditions and may not object to the terms and conditions.

*Entries must be original and unpublished, both domestically and internationally, as well as not infringing on the rights of any third party.

*Duplicate entries to other competitions are not permitted. Entrants shall not disclose their entries to any third party without the prior consent of the organizer.

*The organizer will take every precaution to manage and transport the submitted works after receipt, but will not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen accidents.

*All entries (including presentation sheets and models) become the property of the organizer and will not be returned. The organizer reserves the right to display and present the submitted works.

*The Sponsor may inquire about the submitted works during the judging process or in the process of commercialization of the winning works or application for various rights.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
The entrant agrees that any dispute concerning the Award shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court having jurisdiction over the head office of the Sponsor.

*The entrant of a winning entry agrees to release the Sponsor from all patents, utility models, designs, trademarks, and copyrights (including copyrights under the Copyright Act) in Japan and all countries of the world with respect to the winning entry at the time of the decision to award the prize.27 The winning entry shall be deemed to have acquired all rights to the patents, utility models, designs, trademarks and28 The entrant assigns to the Sponsors, without compensation, all rights to the winning work in Japan and all countries of the world with respect to patents, utility models, designs, trademarks, and copyrights (including the rights specified in Article 1 and Article 2 of the Copyright Act) and does not reserve any rights.

*In the event that an entry is contrary to the terms and conditions of entry, if the information submitted by the entrant is factually incorrect, if the winning entry is contrary to the terms and conditions of entry, especially if the winning entry is identical or very similar to a previously published design, or if it infringes on the intellectual property rights of a third party (including cases where infringement occurs after entry), even after the award results have been announced The name of the entrant and an outline of the case will be made public and the award may be revoked. The entrant must compensate the organizer for any damages caused by this.

*For the notification of the award from the Sponsor, 3If the entrant does not provide the necessary information to receive the prize within one month, the entrant shall be deemed to have waived his/her right to receive the prize.
