Please note that we will be closed for summer vacation as follows.

*The Roppongi Hills Main Store will remain open as usual.

■Regarding Online Shop Operations

• We will begin processing product shipments and responding to inquiries received during the holiday period on Monday, August 17, in the order they were received.
• If your requested delivery date falls immediately after the holiday period, we may not be able to accommodate your request in some areas.
• Please note that we will be unable to respond to inquiries made to our stores during the holiday period.
• Customers who wish to have their orders shipped before the holiday (by the 10th) should place their orders by Wednesday, August 5.
