The Tokyo Kimono Show aims to ensure that "kimono" and "Japanese culture" that have been absent from Japanese people's lives are not lost, and that they are interested in "kimono" and "Japanese culture" by interweaving new things that suit modern needs. The Tokyo Kimono Show 2025, which marks its eighth event, counting from its predecessor event, Wato Nihonbashi (2015), will be held simultaneously at all 20 venues, including four main venues in the historic kimono town of Nihonbashi Ningyocho (Sunrise Building, Wata Shopping Hall, Tagen Building, Blooming Nakanishi), as well as eight satellite venues scattered throughout the area.
