■ The Story Behind Our Welcome Boards, Filled with Care and Thought
At Classics The Small Luxury, in addition to our bridal handkerchiefs, we have long been creating welcome boards in our stores based on customer requests—combining initials with one of over 100 embroidered motifs on handkerchiefs.
For example, we once created a welcome board for a couple who love wine by combining a grape motif with their initials.
That said, it’s also true that we’ve received many requests from customers saying, “We’d like to create a welcome board, but we’re not sure how to go about it.”
Creating a welcome board from scratch on a pure white canvas—a handkerchief—while coming up with various combinations can be a bit of a challenge, right?
That’s why we prioritized “glamorous designs,” “the joy of choosing,” and above all, “being able to visualize the finished product,” and created our brand’s first line of welcome board designs.
Infused with our wishes to celebrate a happy day, we’ve prepared two bold and gorgeous embroidered designs—a “bouquet” and a “cake”—unlike anything we’ve offered before.These welcome boards feature special embroidery on the soft, lightweight fabric of the handkerchief, creating a three-dimensional, warm look. We offer two designs: “Bouquet,” featuring a soft, delicate atmosphere with colorful flowers tied together with a ribbon; and “Cake,” a simple, single-color design accented by the sparkle of fireworks.
Bouquet
Just like accessories and a veil, a wedding bouquet is designed to highlight the bride. Wishing the couple happiness, we’ve crafted this bouquet using vibrant embroidery thread to feature flowers with meanings of good fortune—such as roses, gerberas, and lily of the valley.Roses symbolize love, lily of the valley symbolizes good luck, and gerberas symbolize hope—making this bouquet a collection of flowers filled with meaningful messages for your wedding day.
Cake
Featuring a casual, hand-drawn style, these designs combine cuteness with a unique touch. The birds dancing lightly through the sky are meant to carry good fortune on their wings, symbolizing “the arrival of good fortune.”

4. Specify the couple’s names and the date, and decide where to place the embroidery
5.Select the thread color for the title, the couple’s names, the date, and the “Cake” main design from over 15 colors
*The thread color for the “Cake” design will match the title. You cannot select the thread color for the “Bouquet” design.
