Information on embroidery orders
1. First, choose a handkerchief.
2. Those who have decided on the product will be guided to the ordering seat in order. During busy times, we will contact you via mobile phone with instructions as soon as a seat becomes available.
-Time until product delivery-
1 to 2 photos: 1 hour to 1 and a half hours
3 to 5 photos: 2 hours to 2 and a half hours
6 or more photos: 3 hours or more
10 or more: Later
*During the busy season in March, the above hours will be added by 1 hour.
Depending on the congestion situation, it may be delivered at a later date.
*Last reception for embroidery orders is 17:30.
*Same-day delivery is limited to customers who select products by 16:30. If you order 4 or more items after 16:00, they will be delivered the next day.
*Please note that depending on the number of orders, contents, and congestion, the time may change or the order may be delivered at a later date.
