About Orders

Orders are generally placed online.
We do not ask for your credit card number over the phone.
Please follow the order screen to place your order.
You cannot specify more than one shipping address for an order.
If you wish to ship to multiple destinations, please place your order for each destination.

For customers using Amazon Pay
If you use Amazon Pay as your payment method, the delivery address and billing address will be the same.
If you wish to have the invoice sent to the recipient's address, please enter the name of the person who placed the order in the Contact Us section of the shopping cart.
This is to indicate to the recipient who the gift is from.
If you do not provide the name of the person who placed the order, the gift will be delivered to the recipient without knowing the name of the person who placed the order.
