New handkerchiefs created by visual artist Mick Itaya will be available at the Nihonbashi Ningyocho Shop from March 24 (Fri.).
On March 24 (Fri.), we will release handkerchiefs exclusively at the Nihonbashi Ningyocho Shop. The theme is "Ningyocho," where the shop is located, and the handkerchiefs will be designed by visual artist Mick Itaya.

In the old days of Edo, Ningyocho was a town where Kabuki and Ningyo Joruri theaters, stores selling ornamental hairpins and other tools, and tea stores were located for the enjoyment and relaxation of samurai and townspeople on their way to and from work. Even today, remnants of this town can be seen here and there. The patterns of kimono are sweet foods such as the famous ningyo-yaki and taiyaki,The pattern for the one-piece dress depicts the town's symbol, the karakuri clock.This is a special piece designed with the image of things related to Ningyocho and available only at the Nihonbashi Ningyocho Shop.
