A handkerchief designed based on a valuable Noh costume from the Shukugawa Noh Stage "Gashouen", a Noh performance group.
On a white background, the design is based on the Noh costumes of the Shukugawa Noh stage.The turtle, a symbol of blessings for longevity and prosperity, is carefully hand-embroidered, stitch by stitch. Silver thread is used in some parts of the embroidery, giving it an elegant and shimmering appearance. The sewing is finished with French hems for an elegant and neat impression.

What is Gashoen?
Gashoen is an organization led by Takuji Ueda of the Kanze school of Noh theater. Based in the scenic Shukugawa area of Hyogo Prefecture, Gashoen performs a variety of activities to promote Noh to people of all ages.
